Love this place! They were quick but very caring and respectful of the fact that one of my daughters could not have alot of hair cut off at this visit due to traditional reasons. The stylist made sure to call me over before starting to cut to make sure the length was good. At the same time the stylist spoke to my daughter about hair breakage, what causes it and tips to help protect her hair from future breakage.we will definitely be back.

My daughter loves it here! She's done a couple of the day camps and after the first one, she wanted to know when the next one would be! She was excited to do the K-Pop demon hunter one because who doesn't want to be Rumi!

We stayed at great wolf lodge and called to see it they had any openings they said no but they take walk-ins which was a little confusing but we took a chance and went which turned out to be a great decision. We got our little 4 year old girls hair trimmed and 2 braids. The lady who did her hair and nail was wonderful with my daughter! The place is very clean and has reasonably priced merchandise. I would absolutely recommend this place! Very cute experience for my 8 year old... reasonable good price for cut and style, but pricey for just a nail polish change though. Overall my daughter had a blast and we would return.... I do recommend to them though that they start to offer Glitter string/strand braid-ins since she wanted the Glitter string/strands in her bubble braids but was told they don't have that, they just do add-in of Beads. It's popular now to braid-in some Glitter strands....more

Just had the Princess Party there for my daughter’s 5th birthday. It was absolutely fabulous! The staff was very energetic, prepared and organized. They are experts at catering to little girls and know how make kids have a blast! They did costumes, princess buns, age appropriate makeup, and nail polish for 8 girls in record time, then hosted a dance party with games and cake time at the end. Princess Tiana made a celebrity appearance. My daughter and most guests have textured hair and they were able to style it with ease. The guests were so happy, many girls wanted to come back or have their parties there. Most importantly, they were accommodating to parent’s wishes & customize based on requests. I took my daughter here to get her hair done for her daddy/daughter dance and was extremely impressed! I love that there’s a little retail section with headbands, fun stuffed animals, outfits, etc. I was pleasantly surprised at how immaculately clean the entire place was and how nice each of the girls working were. My daughter (6) started tearing up a bit when her hair was being put up (mainly from being a little nervous) and my nervous instinct was to apologize to the hair stylist. She immediately responded and said it was not a problem, that they were used to it and she assured my daughter she was almost done. Such a breath of fresh air vs. services I’ve been at where I feel rushed/nervous about them getting upset with my young child. Another thing that stood out to me was the diversity of the staff, I think any little girl or parent could walk in and feel confident that the staff would know how to treat their specific hair texture/preferred style which is SO important, especially for little girls! When the hairstylist was having a tiny bit of trouble putting my daughter’s shorter hair up, another hair stylist stepped in to help her and see what she needed and they were able to work together to ensure it was perfect! It’s rare to find a nice, clean place that’s great with kids and has a GREAT staff but this place has NAILED IT! Thanks so much, we will definitely be back....more
