Standard packages typically include services for a set number of guests; additional guests can be added for an extra fee. We recommend confirming the guest count at booking so we can staff appropriately and prepare enough costumes and seats for everyone.
Yes — most Party Package experiences are fully customizable. Choose from our signature themes like Eras or K-pop, or request a unique concept. We'll tailor activities, décor, music, and costume elements to suit the age group and your party goals.
Our Party Packages are designed for children and teens, typically ages 3 to 16. Specific themes work best for certain ages—princesses for younger kids, runway and pop-star themes for older children. Staff will recommend age-appropriate options.
We recommend booking at least four to six weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates and popular themes. Larger groups or custom themes may require more lead time, so contact us early to secure your preferred date and services.
Food and cake are not included in standard Party Packages, but we can accommodate outside catering or recommend local vendors. You may bring your own treats; we'll provide a dedicated party table and set-up assistance.
